Daryl joined Omnicom in 1998 to found its media division, Omnicom Media Group (OMG), where he led the development of its global media agency networks, OMD, PHD and Hearts & Science.
In addition to its media agencies, Omnicom Media Group operates a number of other media related businesses including Annalect (its data and analytics unit); a global search and social division; among other units including those specializing in content integration and sports marketing.
Recently, the Group launched Omni, a people-based precision marketing and insights platform. Omni provides a unique, single view of the consumer that can be dynamically tracked and shared across all marketing practices, including media, creative and CRM.
Prior to joining Omnicom, Daryl spent 13 years at P&G, where he was VP of Worldwide Media and Programming, and the head of P&G Productions.
